AOI

Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) is a device that detects defects such as bridging, misplacement, and soldering anomalies in the welding production process based on optical principles. It is widely used in the fields of PCB, FPD, and semiconductor manufacturing. The system employs a high-speed vision system to scan circuit boards, capture images, and compare them with a standard parameter database. Through image processing, it identifies defect locations and marks them for display.
